Turn any walk into a treasure hunt, right on your Garmin watch.

What does it do?

Places a treasure nearby and shows you the arrow and distance on your Garmin watch. You choose your own route. Within 20 metres the treasure is collected automatically, your watch buzzes and a new one appears.

Which problem does it solve?

Going for a walk is easier when there is a reason to keep going. Treasure Hunt gives every walk a goal, on a watch you already wear.

How it works

Follow the arrow

A treasure appears nearby. Your watch shows the direction and distance, the route is up to you.

Collect automatically

Within 20 metres you get the treasure, with a buzz and a tone. Then the next one appears.

Ten treasures, three rarities

Common is worth 10 points, Rare 30 and Epic 100.

Saved in Garmin Connect

Each hunt is saved as a Walk activity and syncs to Garmin Connect.

Optional leaderboard

A weekly and an all-time ranking, anonymously or under a display name.

Which watches does it work on?

Garmin watches with GPS. Check the Connect IQ store to see if your model is listed.

How do I install it?

Through the Connect IQ app on your phone. The button on this page takes you to the store.

Is it free?

Yes. The free version has limits of 3 km and 3 skips a day. A paid Gold tier is coming; there is no price for it yet.

Can I use it indoors?

No. The app needs GPS, so it only works outdoors.
