Version 1.0, November 2026
Unomne B.V., Westerstraat 10 A8820, 3016 DH Rotterdam (KvK 86877038, VAT NL864129701B01) is responsible for the personal data processed through Myro.ai. Contact: info@unomne.com. We collect as little as possible.
What we process, and why
- Your order: name, email address, billing country, IP address, the tool you bought and the amount, to deliver your purchase and for our accounts (performance of the contract and legal obligation).
- Payment: Mollie handles the payment and we receive a payment reference and status. We never see your bank or card details.
- Your licence: your licence key, stored hashed and encrypted, and a hashed device ID, to check that a licence is valid and enforce its device limit (performance of the contract). We also keep a log of licence activity with a hashed IP address, for security (legitimate interest).
- Tool requests: what you write in the form and your email address, plus the moment you agreed to the use of your idea. We use these to decide what to build, to let you know when it exists and to give you the free access we promised (consent and performance of that agreement).
- Online tools: online tools can have their own login. Their privacy details are shown in the tool itself.
How long we keep data
Order and payment records: 7 years (Dutch tax law). Licence data: for as long as the licence exists. Licence activity logs: 1 year. Tool requests: until we have dealt with them, or until you ask us to remove them. If we build the tool, for as long as your free access applies.
Cookies
We only use functional cookies: to remember your cart and order during checkout, and a security cookie from Cloudflare that protects the site against abuse. No tracking, advertising or analytics cookies.
Who else sees your data
We share data only with the companies that help us run the shop: our hosting provider Kinsta, Cloudflare for security, Mollie for payments, and our email provider. Some of them may process data outside the EU, with the safeguards the law requires. We never sell your data.
Your rights
You can ask us to access, correct, export or delete your data, or object to its use, by emailing info@unomne.com. Some data we must keep by law. You can also file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
