1. Who we are
Myro.ai is a shop for handy tools, run by Unomne B.V., Westerstraat 10 A8820, 3016 DH Rotterdam, registered with the Dutch Chamber of Commerce (KvK) under number 86877038, VAT number NL864129701B01. Contact: info@unomne.com.
2. What you buy
You buy a licence to use a tool: a download or an online tool. The tool’s page describes what it does, what it needs and how many devices or accounts the licence covers. Some tools have extra terms, which are shown on the tool’s page or in the tool itself.
3. Your licence
After payment you receive a licence key, on screen and by email. The licence is personal and covers the number of devices or accounts stated on the tool’s page. You may not share or resell your key, or try to get around the licence check. Unless the tool’s page says otherwise, you pay once, there is no subscription and nothing renews automatically. We may revoke a licence after a refund, a chargeback or a serious breach of these terms.
4. Price and payment
Prices include VAT where it applies. You pay through our payment provider Mollie. We never see your bank or card details. You receive your licence key as soon as Mollie confirms the payment.
5. Right of withdrawal
Tools are digital content that is delivered immediately. At checkout you explicitly ask us to deliver right away, and you confirm that you thereby lose your 14-day right of withdrawal (article 6:230p Dutch Civil Code). If a tool does not work as described, please contact us. We will look for a fair solution, which may include a refund.
6. Fair use
Use tools only for lawful purposes. You may not copy, resell or reverse-engineer them, overload our systems or get around their security. We may suspend access if these rules are broken.
7. Availability and changes
We do our best to keep tools working, but we cannot guarantee that they are always available or free of errors, or that they keep working with every future version of other software. We may improve and change tools. Keep backups of your own files, and check a tool’s results before you rely on them.
8. Liability
Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the tool in question. We are not liable for indirect damage, such as lost time or lost work. This limit does not apply in case of intent or gross negligence on our part, or where the law does not allow it.
9. Other companies’ products
Our tools are independent. Unless stated otherwise, they are not affiliated with or endorsed by the makers of the software or devices they work with. Trademarks belong to their owners.

11. Applicable law
Dutch law applies to these terms. If you are a consumer living in another EU country, you keep the protection of the mandatory consumer law of your country. Disputes go to the competent court in the Netherlands, unless the law gives you the right to go to the court where you live.
12. Changes to these terms
We may change these terms. The version that applied when you bought a tool stays valid for that purchase, unless a change is in your favour.
